COLLECT IN PRAISE OF GOD’S MERCY AT THE DEFEAT OF ROE VS. WADE

Today, June 24th, the Feast of the Nativity of St. John the Baptist, the most “Pro-Life” of all the Church’s feast days, when an unborn child recognized and prophesied of the unborn Christchild, we celebrate the striking down of the evil Roe vs. Wade ruling! Bless the Lord and praise His Holy Name for all of His most marvelous works! Rejoice! 

COLLECT 

Almighty God, we praise You that the odious and evil abortion law, Roe Vs. Wade, has been stricken down by the wisdom that You gave the Supreme Court, and that You have brought 50 years of evil legislation to an end. We repent, O Father, for our nation’s immoral and wicked slaughter of over 63 million children, and ask for Your forgiveness and mercy on the day of judgment, knowing that many mothers who killed their own children believed demonic lies and were victims of an evil ideology. We pray that our nation may continue to repeal all other evil laws, and return in repentance to You as our Lord and God! We pray this through Jesus Christ our Lord, Who lives and reigns with You, in the unity of the Holy Ghost, ever one God, world without end. Amen.
